Field Trip: We will be leaving early in the morning for our 9AM appointment at the Newseum. There, students will have an opportunity to see excellent exhibits that focus on media, news, and the sensationalism that attaches itself to history's events.

Afterwards, we will depart and walk to the Holocaust Museum a few blocks away which will allow you to see the real life impact that writing, more importantly, writing based on fallacies can have on humanity.

This entire day will support our logical fallacy unit and enrich the analysis paper that concludes this unit. It will be critical to pay close attention to any topics that interest you the most throughout the day since you are essentially 'shopping' for your research paper topic. Most importantly, this field trip offers an unmatched experience that pairs experience with knowledge. I look forward to all my students attending.
